For Class XI (Senior Secondary) Along with the mentioned document

OFFLINE APPLICATION FORM

Original marksheet of class – X (of recognized board) along with 3 Xerox copies.

Migration certificate- in case student pass from any other board.

Transfer certificate duly signed by District Inspector of School.
